How do I register my car?

Car drivers and passengers must purchase an event entry ticket. During check out, you can select the "Car Registration" item and add it to your cart. After adding that to your cart, fields will drop down where you can add the car's make, model, and year.

Is there a separate fee to register my show car?

No, there is not a car registration fee. However, car drivers and passengers must purchase tickets in order to bring a car.

 

Can I bring more than one car to the show?

Yes, the website checkout allows for up to two cars to be registered. If you would like to register more than two vehicles, please contact carsnq@choateco.com. The more stellar cars, the better!

If I am a car driver, do my car passengers also need a ticket?

Yes, all attendees entering the event must have a ticket.

How do I purchase tickets? 

Please select "Purchase Tickets" in the top menu and add ticket items to your cart for checkout. There are two ticket types to choose from:  (1) Stock Model which includes entry and dinner or (2) Full Throttle which includes entry, dinner, and drinks.

How will I receive my tickets?

All tickets will be mailed electronically this year. You should receive your tickets to the email address you used at checkout. Please print your tickets or have them pulled up on your phone when you arrive at Cars & 'Q.

If I'm driving a show car, how will I know where to go and when?

Prior to the show, all show car drivers will receive an email with detailed information on times, logistics, and other details.  But in the meantime, here are a few details:

​

• Show cars must be parked and registered by 1:30pm. Note: car registration prior to the show is highly recommended for ease and to ensure you have a parking space.  First come, first served!

• Trailered cars are welcome and there is trailer parking next door to the show

• Spaces are not assigned, however, we will do our best to group by class and honor specific parking request for groups or multiple car owners.

Are there awards at this show?

We have two awards bestowed at Cars & 'Q:

• "People's Choice Award"

  • All attendees vote

  • Yep, this one is totally subjective - a popularity contest. If you're more into points and highly trained judges, come anyways and have a good time with us!

• "Skip's Choice Award"

  • Car historian, Skip Smith of NBC Sport's Caffeine & Octane show and Classic AutoSmith will present an award to his favorite car, chosen based on "best in class" elements and historical significance.

What is the deadline to become a sponsor?

We encourage sponsors to be registered by September 25th to maximize the full benefit of your sponsorship and to be included on printed materials. However, sponsor payments are accepted at any time.
